Staff is extremely helpful and cares about each patient. They calmly and professionally put up with drug addicts. If you are wanting to stop opiate use , this is the place for you.

I was lucky enough to hear about Woodstock treatment center from a friend and it was the best decision that I've made in 16 years! It was time to get help with my 13 year old opiate prescription addiction !unfortunately I sought treatment after I lost my fiancé, most all my friends and family not to mention my job and self esteem/ respect! I made a desperate phone call one day after hearing about some medicine and some treatment that would help me to stay clean and enjoy life again. I personally love the treatment center. My counselor and the other counselors are always there for me!. With the help of these dedicated counselors and staff and the healing that the medicine enabled me to conquer, I was able to turn my life around. No more getting sick or having to go thru alternate avenues( that were sketchy) just to get what I needed in order to not get sick. I'm no professional but I knew I couldn't do it alone. I've been on my medicine now for awhile and I feel great! If you have realized that you are over your addiction I urge you to seek help from Woodstock treatmentcenter! I've read some of the previous reviews where some one has experienced a pretty long wait time . I think they said they experienced a 2 hr wait time. Well I can tell you that I go to the clinic everyday and I am always in and out. I have never waited that long! Ten minutes maybe 15 to ensure I make it to work on time!! Get help my friends if I can do it then you can too!

Anything that there is to complain about has nothing to do with the staff here, or the facility, but everything to do with the patient's. Personally, I have nothing to complain about, I love the staff, of course we all have our favorites, but there isn't one employee here that I dislike. The only time I have had to wait longer than 10 to 15 min. ( On a normal day I am in and out..like 5 min.) is usually on a Saturday, due to dosing times being shortened, compared to any other day, and even then, they give you the chance to phase up, and you don't have to go on Saturday's, or everyday, it's all how you personally work the program. No matter what, I love the staff here, they care, they try, and I feel the support they are constantly offering. They have recently, in the past 6 months or so, started remodeling the whole place, a new front door, new painted walls, and tons of homey decorations, pictures, quotes, a clock. The staff here all work together to make sure it stays clean, and sane, and they do it, no matter how difficult the patient's can be at times, I appreciate them All for everything they do! If you come in, and follow the simple, common sense rules, you will see... you will have no problem here! 😘 I love all of you guys, thanks for making my life easier😘

As a two year patient there, I can honestly say that the attitude and professionalism shown by the staff has always been top notch. I have never had an issue with any of the staff, especially Reuben. In fact, Reuben was extremely helpful with setting me up with guest dose with another facility. In the case of parking issues, I usually go before 7am, and have never had any issues with parking, and the longest I have had to wait was less than 30 minutes. I am usually in and out in less than 10 minutes. In closing, Ican say that this clinic most likely saved my life, and I am forever grateful.

I have been to MANY clinics, all with their own pros and cons, different prices, services and methods. I have battled opioid addiction for almost a decade, half of which I have received treatment from Brand New Start. This clinic has given me the treatment that truly works: from counseling to price to medical care, this place tops all that I have otherwise visited. The staff is wonderful and those who state otherwise have probably not reached a level of sobriety that would let them be a fair judge. If you are addicted to opiate drugs, CALL AND SET UP AN INTAKE!

Very understanding staff.

I ONLY GIVE 3 stars due to the fact this Methadone clinic sucks. Only reason I went was because of Geena.(Pretty,blonde hair with Northern accent) She's THE BEST MOST CARING COUNSELOR THERE! She truly spends time with u and listens. Ruben is also good, but not as good. The nurse Crystal is also great. All of the OTHER STAFF do not care about you,your needs,or your feelings. ALSO,the DOSING NURSES TALK WAY TO MUCH TO THE PATIENTS MAKING THE WAIT TIME RIDICULOUS! PEOPLE GOT TO GET KIDS TO SCHOOL AND WORK. THE DOSING NURSES ACT LIKE THERE JOB ONLY EXISTS!!!

Really offering people a second chance with such a productive outcome. I can speak through handfuls of patients, when I say the staff is upbeat but casual, the process they practice is effectual on even those likely to fail, like myself, I was so extremely grateful to have had the opportunity to participate in Brand New Starts program. And I strongly suggest those of you considering doing it, you most definitely SHOULD!!

This place helped me get my liife back and get clean. The nurses are nice and my counselor has helped me a lot.

You get treated more like a human being rather than just the number they assign you... Although I have my concerns, it has kept me out of trouble for over 3 years. Thanks JJ!!!

This clinic is amazing!! I LOVE it!! And the staff there are so sweet and caring!!

Could be better but. Has helped me. I wish they would get the dallas clinic open. What dude said about can't keep a job is crap if you want to make it and succeed you will I work a job and have kept it get take home doses and life gets easier

There are plenty of counsellors there that care a lot . Yes it can be a long wait at times but most the time it is literally 20 min. Or less. Now I agree with seeing the doctor issue , I've only seen her once so that I can understand and Saturday's are unbelievable bit outside of that it is better than most other places and I've been to 3, Woodstock has been the best by far.
